SHIPPING POLICY

In Stock Items
Orders ship from the Aether Objects studio in New Jersey. Please allow 1–3 business days for your item to ship.

Made-to-Order Items
Although most orders ship out more quickly, please allow 10 business days for your item to be created and shipped.

VAT and Customs Fees
All applicable duties, taxes, and fees are included in the total price at checkout. This means you won't have to pay any additional VAT, customs fees, or brokerage fees when you receive your order.

REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of our made-to-order products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, we understand that issues can arise.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Gift Cards. However, if you lose your gift card code, we can resend it to the recipient provided during your order. For assistance, please contact us at contact@aetherobjects.com.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
